What is Long Island Pride?
Long Island Pride is an annual celebration of LGBTQ+ identity, visibility, culture, and community. Produced by the LGBT Network, LI Pride brings together thousands of people from across the region for a day of unity, joy, and advocacy.

LI Pride 2027 will take place on Sunday June 13th in Huntington Village. Stay tuned for updates on the parade route, festival grounds, and performance schedule!

Yes! The parade and festival are free and open to the public. Some VIP experiences and vendor opportunities are available for a cost.
No ticket is required for general attendance. If you’d like access to reserved seating or VIP areas, you may need to register in advance — more info coming soon!
Absolutely. Pride is for everyone — all ages, all identities. There are family zones and youth activities designed to create a safe and joyful space for all.
Sunscreen, water bottles, comfortable shoes, flags, and your best Pride gear! We encourage everyone to express themselves freely and safely.

The Festival includes live music, drag performances, food trucks, a vendor marketplace, community resource tents, family zone, beer and wine garden, art installations, and interactive activities for all ages.

Yes! The LI Pride Main Stage will feature an exciting lineup of musicians, DJs, drag artists, speakers, and surprise guests. Full schedule coming soon.

Yes, there will be a dedicated Family & Youth Zone with games, crafts, face painting, and programming designed for kids and teens.

🧭 Getting There & Parking

Where do I park for LI Pride?
Parking is available at nearby lots and streets around Huntington Village. Please follow signs and volunteer instructions when you arrive. We’ll share a full parking map closer to the event.
Yes, accessible parking will be designated close to the festival and parade areas. Please bring your placard or state-issued permit.
LI Pride accessible via the Huntington station on the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) and local bus routes. From the LIRR to the parade route is a 1.5 mile walk or short Uber/Lyft ride.
Yes, there will be clearly marked drop-off zones for rideshare at Heckscher Park for the LI Pride Festival..

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 March & Parade Participation

How do I register to march in the Pride Parade?
You can register your group, organization, or business to march at [insert registration link]. Early registration is encouraged as space fills up fast!
Yes, individuals are absolutely welcome! We’ll have a “Community Marchers” section for solo participants to walk together and celebrate Pride.
The parade steps off at 12 noon at Main Street and Clinton Avenue. Parade lineup instructions will be sent to registered participants.
Yes! Many schools, youth groups, and families participate each year. All ages are welcome to show their pride!

🍔 Vendors & Food

Will there be food and drinks at the Festival?
Yes — expect a delicious variety of food trucks and drink vendors offering something for everyone.
Yes you can. Outside alcohol is prohibited.

♿ Accessibility & Safety

Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, we work to make LI Pride welcoming and accessible. Both the parade and festival are accessible for viewing along and accessible restrooms, and parking are available.
We work closely with Suffolk Coutnty Police Department, Huntington Public Safety, Homeland Security, security personnel, and medics to ensure a safe, affirming experience for everyone.
Yes, there will be clearly marked first aid stations and trained staff ready to assist.

📸 Media & Promotion

Can I take photos and videos at the event?

Yes! Capture the joy and share your Pride. Please be respectful of others’ privacy and consent, especially in sensitive areas.

Select performances and parade moments may be livestreamed or shared afterward on our social media. Follow @LIPride on all platforms for updates.

Who organizes LI Pride?

LI Pride is produced by the LGBT Network, a nonprofit organization serving the Long Island and Queens LGBTQ+ community since 1993.

Our mission is to end anti-LGBTQ+ bias, build community, and create safer spaces where everyone can thrive — every day of the year.

Proceeds from Pride support youth programs, anti-bullying efforts, HIV prevention, elder services, and safe schools initiatives across the region.
